Terms of Service

The short version: Easy Living Picks is a monthly subscription that ranks local businesses by how much their websites are losing them work. Pay through Stripe, cancel anytime, and you are responsible for following the law when you contact the leads.

Plans and billing

Starter is $29/month, Growth $59/month, Pro $119/month, each with the monthly lead and scan limits shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard: access runs through the end of the paid month, and we do not refund partial months. Promotional and comp codes may be offered or withdrawn at our discretion.

Your account

Keep your account information accurate and your password to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account. Plans are for one business; contact us about team use.

The lead data

Leads are compiled from public sources and scored by our automated checks. Scores and contact details are provided "as is": we work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee any lead is current, reachable, or a fit for your business.

Contacting leads — your responsibility

The service finds leads; it does not contact anyone for you. When you email, call, or text a lead, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply — including CAN-SPAM for email and the TCPA for calls and texts — and for honoring opt-outs.

Fair use

Use leads for your own business development. Do not resell the raw lead lists as a standalone product, share your account to dodge plan limits, or hammer the service beyond normal use.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before a claim.
